Antonia Antonia AntoniaCOLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - A man was charged with being an accessory after the fact of murder related to the murder of Terrell Sims. Columbia Police Department officers had searched for Sims since Christmas week but could not track him down. They were able to arrest Taylor Wardlaw and charged him with accessory following the fact of murder in relation to Sims' death. The police say Eddie Brown (30), has been arrested as a suspect in the murder. Sims is a 26-year-old male, last saw in Columbia in the early morning of Dec. 20, at Ervin Street. According to police, Sims' girlfriend Wardlaw had reported him missing on December. 22. Sims's body Sims was found on Wednesday, near Monticello Road. Naida Ruterford who is the Richland County Coroner confirmed that the body was located. Columbia Police Chief Skip Holbrook declares Wardlaw has been charged with murder as well as possession of guns during a violent murder. The police say Sims was shot dead multiple times.
