Vickie's actions led to their break-up and she was also demonized by members of the McMahon Family, whose differing beliefs about Vickie made them publicly evaluate her. The WWE Universe also evaluated Guerrero's performances in conjunction with Mr. McMahon. The WWE App poll revealed that 75 percent of WWE Universe members felt Guerrero wasn't doing her job well, leading to Guerrero being dismissed. Vickie, who had a complete meltdown after failing to rally the WWE Universe around her, and was dismissed from Raw for her failure to do so she was shocked by McMahon who rehired her as the General Manager of SmackDown within a few days following. Vickie didn't do The Authority's bidding over several weeks following, however, she got herself into trouble again. Vickie Guerrero was the one to put Roman Reigns, who was sprayed with a coffee tainted with Stephanie McMahon (plus a few more drops) in an WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match qualifying Battle Royal despite their order. Vickie had her job at stake the following week and had to face Stephanie McMahon. This bizarre contest was set in a bathtub drenched with a brown liquid. Stephanie dismissed Vickie when Stephanie took the lead by throwing her in the foul-smelling muck. Vickie quit on a positive note after she tossing Stephanie, who was unaware of the situation into the viscous soup!
